PRICES AND AVAILABILITY

The prices and availability of the products published are valid except due to typographical error, while stocks last. On the sheet of each product you can see a light indicating the status of stock of the product: Red (not available), Yellow (Available, final units) or Green (Available)

Although in theory this should not occur, if you have been allowed to process an order with an item that is not available, or if an error in the system has charged you an incorrect amount, we will contact you, offering you the following alternatives:

• To wait until all of the items in the order are available (if replacements are foreseen).
• To process the order only with the items available, with the resulting partial payment of the corresponding amount.
• To pay the difference, in the case of an incorrect order.
• To cancel the order, with the full return of the amount paid.

Orders will be attended to on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and by rigorous order of reception / payment.

FORMS OF PAYMENT

The shop www.scalextricshop.es only allows payment of orders by credit card, which will be made in a completely safe manner through the La Caixa Cyberpac platform.

RETURN POLICY

You have 7 working days from the day that the merchandise is received to return a product.

You only need to contact the e-mail address pedidos@scalextricshop.es indicating your name, address, contact telephone number, National Identity Document number, order no. and the items that you wish to return. We will contact you to arrange for the removal of the merchandise that you wish to return.

This removal will be handled by TECNITOYS JUGUETES S.A. and the expenses of removal will be paid by the buyer, calculated according to the same criteria as that of shipping.

The return of the amount corresponding to the return will be made upon receipt of the items by TECNITOYS JUGUETES S.A., having checked its condition (without having been used, and with its original seal intact). The return will be made using the same form of payment as was used for the purchase.

Tecnitoys Juguetes, S.A. (hereinafter, Tecnitoys) informs users that Tecnitoys has taken technical and organisational measures in agreement with what is set out in prevailing legislation.

The personal information gathered by Tecnitoys is handled automatically and incorporated into files owned by Tecnitoys and duly registered with the Agency of Data Protection, corresponding to Tecnitoys.

The gathering and automated treatment of personal data is for the purpose of maintaining the contractual relationship that may be established with Tecnitoys, as well as the fulfilment of the tasks of information, training, commercialisation (this last task always being identified as such) and other activities of the company.

SECURITY

TECNITOYS JUGUETES S.A. has the La Caixa Cyberpac (Internet payment platform) that checks the validity of the card and its operation.

The exchange of information between the customer and the shop (user information, the shipping address, and the contents of the order) are encrypted, under SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer), with standard (European) 40-bit coding.

This protocol is universally supported by the main browsers, and guarantees buyers:

* The identity of the receiver of information (the seller cannot be supplanted)
* The confidentiality of the information provided
* The completeness (non-handling) of the information provided.

The shop also resides in an SSL secure server equipped with a certificate issued by Verisign with RSA technology.

In communications between the customer and La Caixa for the authorisation of credit card transactions, SSL maximum security (128 bits) is also used and this is carried out directly, without mediation by TECNITOYS JUGUETES S.A., which at no time knows the credit card information.
